Meet a fitness model who will leave you speechless. This is 20-year old Jennifer Selter. Jennifer has become rather famous on the internet recently because of the volumes upon volumes of pictures she’s posted to Instagram. She has around 1.4 million people following her on Instagram, delighted when she posts her next round of fitness pictures. As you’ll see, she’s quite memorable. She’s the kind of woman who requires a second look, because her proportions look like something out of a comic book. You have to double-check that she’s real. Her physique is a testament to the discipline she puts into her fitness routine. She’s 5-foot-6 and around 112 pounds. Her waist is incredibly lean and narrow, but it’s her incredibly shaped derriere that has attracted her so many fans. It seems like it would be impossible for a girl that lean to be shaped like that.
Jen is a good example of why women shouldn’t leave strength training out of their fitness program. A lot of women are afraid to use weights because they think it will make them bulky, so they spend a lot of time on the elliptical machine or jogging on the treadmill, but they never change the shape of their underlying physique. As is obvious from this video of Jen’s workout, strength training forms the backbone of her fitness program, and you’d have a hard time calling her bulky. She’s not the only fit woman who uses a strength training fitness program.
